April Favorites
This month I focused a lot of my energy on my workouts. I also feel like these favorites are a little random and I have decided that for the time being this will be my last favorites post. If I find things I am loving they’ll probably end up in this space in some capacity so I don’t really feel the need to dedicate a whole post every month. So, without further ado here are the things I am loving in the month of April!
Carly Rowena- Health and Fitness Blogger
This woman is one of the most inspirational bloggers I have come across. I have read every post on her blog and I look forward to her YouTube videos every week! If you want some food and fitness inspiration she’s the girl to watch!

Jake and I haven’t exactly been binge watching this show on Netflix but we have been watching it an awful lot!
A Paris Apartment by Michelle Gable
I’ll be completely honest and tell you that it has taken me a ridiculous amount of time to get through this book. Not because it is a bad book but because I get distracted really easily especially by the motivational books I told you about a few weeks ago. I’m almost to the end and it keeps getting better and better!
Jalapeno Hummus
I bought this hummus for my post about healthy snacks earlier this month but it is so delicious! I like it with all types of veggies and I even used it to dip some of my burrito in. I highly recommend you pick up a tub and try it!
OGX Niacin & Caffeine Shampoo and Conditioner
I have been using OGX products for a long time. I think I’ve tried every shampoo conditioner set they make. This one is recommended to help with hair fallout. As I seem to have a lot of that going on I decided to try it. While I haven’t seen a vast improvement in the amount of hair that is falling out I do feel a difference in the way it feels. It is smooth and easy to manage and soooooo soft.

Those look like some dandy April favorites but one of my favorites this April is the beautiful flowers that I see blooming everywhere and the family I have to share it with. πΊ
