My Wellness Contract

Since I turned 30 on Friday I thought it would be a good idea to look at my health, fitness, and wellness goals a bit more closely and sort of refresh them. I revised some, I removed some that I found I wasn’t really focusing on that much or I felt like I was at a good place with them, and I also added some new ones to begin to work towards.

I got the idea of a wellness contract from a blog called Little Coffee Fox. She wrote out her wellness contract in her bullet journal and I thought since I only have my habit tracker in there right now that it would be a cool idea to write my own wellness contract in my bullet journal. She also wrote hers like a real contract but I have done mine more like a list. The thing I think is so cool about a wellness contract with yourself is that you can add and change things whenever you feel something is not working or something has been accomplished. You can put whatever you want in the contract and it allows you to write out your own goals in a new and refreshing way.

I wrote mine in a way to remind myself why these things are important to me. I signed and dated it to make it “official” for myself. I want to work out a system to revise it every few months and see what I can get up to in that time and revisit how I am feeling about things. What would you put on your own wellness contract?
