15 Journal Prompts for Fall

Journaling is so good for managing your mental health as it gives you a healthy outlet to express yourself emotionally. Journaling is a great tool to help you reduce stress and manage your anxiety. Most importantly, it helps you recognize triggers so you can learn better ways to control them.

In September I shared a post on how to get your journal practice started this Fall! One of the tips is to use journal prompts if you aren’t sure where to start with your practice! Here are 15 prompts below to help get you started!

15 Journal Prompts for Fall

I look forward to my journaling time every morning! It is my personal relaxation time. I don’t follow any structure when it comes to my journal, I just write what comes to my mind that day. Additionally, I find that I am able to really get to know myself through my journaling. I write about my most private thoughts, fears, and feelings there. The thoughts in there are for my eyes only unless I decide to share them with someone I trust.

Consistency is key when it comes to the benefits of journalling but that doesn’t mean you need to sit and write for an hour or even write every day. In 2019. Deepak Chopra co-wrote this article for CNBC in 2019 on the benefits of journalling just 15 minutes a day 3-5 times per week! The benefits of a journal practice are undeniable and I encourage you to give it a try!
