Easy Felt Tree Christmas Ornaments
Welcome to day 5 of 7 days of DIY Christmas ornaments! These DIY felt trees will be the perfect addition to your Christmas tree. They are a bit more involved than some of the other ornaments but the impact they make when they’re done is splendid! You’ll be able to keep these for years to come and I think they would make great gifts for friends and family too!

Instructions:
- Create a stencil of a tree and trace it onto your felt. Cut out two for each tree.
- Using the red embroidery floss, create little crisscrosses on one of the trees. I traced little cross hatches on the tree as a template but this isn’t necessary, feel free to create your design as you add the crisscrosses.
- Using the green embroidery floss, begin stitching the front and the back of the tree together. Be sure to leave the bottom open.
- Stuff the tree with a small amount of pillow stuffing. I used a popsicle stick to ensure that the stuffing fills to the top of the tree.
- Stitch the bottom of the tree closed.
- Add a loop of twine to the back to create the hanger.
