Whether you do it every day or once in a blue moon, journaling is a great way to organize your thoughts and feelings and get them out on paper. If I am having a hard time sticking to a journaling routine, I find that having a list of prompts helps get the wheels in my brain turning. The beginning of the year tends to be a time of much reflection. I love prompts that allow me to reflect. It’s part of my gratitude practice and inspires me for the year ahead! Winter is a time to slow down and rest. I love cozying up on the couch with a blanket, a warm drink, and my journal. I like my prompts to be a mix of self-reflection and gratitude. Here are 20 to get you started!

  2. How will I practice and make self-care a priority this year?
  3. Make a list of everything you are looking forward to this year.
  4. What does confidence mean to me?
  5. Make a list of everything that is currently working for you and making you feel good.
  6. Who or what has energized me?
  7. List 10 compliments to give yourself.

  9. Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for.

  11. Write down 5 self-love affirmations.
