Is it even the beginning of the Fall season without the overwhelming smell of cinnamon the second you walk through the doors at the grocery store? I bought one of those cinnamon brooms a few years ago and thought it was so cute I kept it even after the smell faded. This year I decided to repurpose it and make it officially into a Witch’s broom and I think it turned out so stinkin’ cute! Give this one a try and let me know how it turns out! DIY Garden Markers
Our backyard is a very high-maintenance backyard. The previous owners added a lot of landscaping that requires a lot of weed pulling. It’s not lost on me that the backyard is what sold me on the house and admittedly I didn’t understand at the time how much work it would be. But, something I have discovered that motivates me through all the work is the end result and how beautiful and peaceful it is in our backyard. So this year I am setting out to make the backyard as beautiful as it can be. I have planted lots of flowers, I am trying to keep up on the weeding, I…

DIY Halloween: Candle Holders
The inspiration for this project came from Pinterest! I think the glow of candles instantly makes things feel cozy which is what you want this time of year! Here’s what you’ll need: Hurricane candle holder or mason jar Frosted glass spray paint Black acrylic paint Paintbrush Flameless candle Wash and completely dry your candle holders.
