3 Goals for November 2022

Hello November! Here we are again at the beginning of another month! I am happy to report that I achieved all of my goals for October! It feels so good to be using my little corner of the internet to be creative and share the things that I love!

There is something about the beginning of the month. It feels like a fresh start. I feel so energized and inspired and love thinking about what goals I would like to achieve for the month. As I said in October, setting small achievable goals helps build my confidence. One goal last month was to drink two waterbottles of water a day. It may seem so small but each goal is a promise to myself and the more promises I keep, the more confident in myself I will become!

I hope that you are enjoying the Fall season, here are my three goals for November!

3 Goals for November 2022

1. Try a new recipe every week

I have been in a cooking rut for so long. Most of the time dinner is thrown together with what we have in the fridge and pantry, or we skip it altogether. Also, I have quite a collection of cookbooks that I would really love to use. So, in an effort to attempt a meal plan and mix up what we’re eating for dinner, I am going to try one new recipe a week. I have two Half Baked Harvest cookbooks that have some really delicious recipes in them so I am excited to dig in!

2. Read 20 pages every day

At the moment, I have about 4 physical books in various stages of reading. My reading habit ebbs and flows and recently I have been unable to focus when it comes to reading an actual book. To help get through some of these books, my plan is to read 20 pages every day!

3. Stretch for 10 minutes every morning

As a woman of a certain age, I have been feeling the aches and pains that come with aging more than normal. I’m hoping adding stretching to my routine will help! On YouTube, there are a ton of 10-minute stretching videos! 10 minutes makes it easy to slot into my current morning routine as well!

What are you looking forward to this holiday season?
